Delete your Leeds Rhinos Legends account

What we delete

• Your sign-in account, including its link to your Google account or your email address and password.
• Your video library: My List, what you've watched and where you stopped, and any preview or tester access.
• Your SportX Pro membership record, including the copy held by RevenueCat, the service that manages our subscriptions.
• Records that link your account to subscription renewals and changes.

Within a few minutes of confirming, you're signed out on every device and the account stops working. We finish deleting everything within 30 days of your request, and most of it happens straight away.

Friends and social features

Your social profile (your display name, SportX friend code, friends, friend requests, the players you've blocked and your place in public rooms) uses a separate Epic Online Services player ID. It isn't linked to your sign-in account, so this page can't find it.

To delete it, email info@virtualsportgroup.com with your SportX friend code. We'll send you a one-off code to set as your display name in the app, so we know the profile is yours, then delete it within 30 days of your email.

Reports other players make about you are kept for 30 days for safety, then deleted. If someone reports you during voice chat, up to 30 seconds of recent voice audio goes to Epic Games with the report and is deleted after 30 days. Other players' block lists may keep your player ID so that their blocks keep working.

What we keep, and for how long

• A record that your deletion was requested and completed, without your account ID or email address, for 12 months, so we can show we did it.
• Deleted data can stay in our database backups for up to 30 days, until those backups expire.
• If you use the help form on this page, your message until 90 days after we've dealt with it.
• Google keeps its own record of Google Play purchases, under Google's privacy policy.
• If you opted in to analytics or crash reporting, that data is linked to the app on your device rather than to your account, so this page can't remove it. Analytics data is deleted automatically within 14 months. You can switch both off in the app's settings.

What this doesn't change

• Your Google account or Epic Games account itself.
• Club videos, artwork and other content we share with all fans.
• Anything stored on your headset. To remove it, uninstall Leeds Rhinos Legends.
• You can create a new account later, but it won't bring back anything from this one.
